WHAT

 

It is an employer's duty and legal requirement to protect the health, safety and welfare of your employees and visitors while at your place of work.

 

WHY

 

Carrying out a health and safety risk assessment is an important step in protecting your workers and your business, as well as complying with the law. It helps you focus on the risks that really matter in your workplace – the ones with the potential to cause real harm.

 

WHEN

 

A health and Safety risk assessment should be routinely reviewed, preferably annually.

 It is also essential to carry out a new formal review whenever any significant changes occur to the workplace for example using new buildings or an extension.

HOW

 

Our fully qualified and experienced health & safety assessors will survey your company premises. They will carry out a health & safety assessment in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (2003)

 All our assessors are members of The Institution of Fire Engineers.

We will provide a detailed and easy to use report, with pictures of any potential issues. With a working lifetime of experience our assessors can also provide friendly advice and help while at the site.
